The Association of Private Banks of Ecuador (Asobanca) reported what banking service will be like during the extensive Labor Day holiday, which will begin on Thursday, April 30 and end on Sunday, May 3.
During the four days of mandatory rest, private banks will have the following services and service channels available:
- ATMs
- Non-banking correspondents (in stores, bazaars, pharmacies, supermarkets, small businesses).
- Electronic media (web pages and mobile applications).
Through these tools, users will be able to make inquiries, withdrawals and deposits.
The windows will not be enabled in the offices of financial entities.
Asobanca recommends that customers of the banking system consult, through the official channels of each entity, the availability of customer service during the holiday. (YO)
