An Iranian military spokesman told state television that the war, despite the ceasefire in effect, is not over for Iran. That statement followed shortly after Donald Trump’s latest announcement on social networks, it says Guardian.
– The situation is still considered war, and the database on the targets and equipment of our forces has been updated, the spokesman said.
Referring to the situation in the Strait of Hormuz, the spokesman also revealed how control was divided between the regular army and the Revolutionary Guard. He explained that the western part of the strait is managed by the Revolutionary Guard, while the eastern part is under the supervision of the regular army of the Islamic Republic.
