A 47-year-old motorcyclist was grievously injured following a traffic collision in St Paul’s Bay on Friday evening.
Police said the accident occurred at around 7pm in Triq il-Qawra and involved a Toyota Corolla driven by a 23-year-old man from Mqabba and a KTM motorcycle ridden by an Italian national residing in St Paul’s Bay.
Emergency services were called to the scene, and the motorcyclist was taken by ambulance to Mater Dei Hospital for treatment, where he was later certified as suffering from grievous injuries.
Police investigations are ongoing.
