Today, Monday, the National Retirement Fund launched the “All in One Retirement” digital unified window project, through its various local agencies, with the aim of facilitating retirees and rights holders’ benefit from digital services and enhancing their assistance in using them.
The Fund explained, in a statement, that this initiative falls within the framework of enhancing digital and neighborhood proximity to retirees, and embodying the instructions of the Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security, by providing dedicated spaces to introduce digital services and help beneficiaries use them.
The project consists of creating a unified digital window at the level of each local agency, which is responsible for providing simplified explanations about the services provided by the Fund, accompanying retirees in downloading the “My Retirement” application, opening and activating their digital accounts, as well as directing them towards the services that meet their needs.

These windows were also equipped according to a unified model, while providing the necessary means to introduce digital services, especially the “My Retirement” guide, which includes explanations about the various services available through the application, in addition to the quick response code (QR Code) that allows direct access to it.
This project aims to enable retirees to benefit from remote services with greater independence, reduce frequent movements to local agencies, as well as reduce pressure on reception windows and improve the quality of public service.
In this context, those responsible for communication at the local agency level will receive retirees, guide them and accompany them step by step in using the application and digital services, in addition to monitoring their concerns and difficulties facing them and proposing the necessary improvements.
The National Retirement Fund confirmed that launching this initiative falls within the framework of continuing the path of digital transformation and developing service delivery mechanisms, ensuring the simplification of procedures and improving the experience of retirees and those with rights.
