Clocks change tonight, hands go back one hour – EU still no deal to end seasonal change

From tonight, Kosovo switches to the winter calculation of time.
On the night between October 24th and 25th, at 03:00, the clocks will turn back an hour later, at 02:00, giving us one more hour of sleep.
With this change, mornings will become brighter, while darkness will fall earlier in the afternoon.
However, researchers warn that the seasonal change can affect the biological clock and the rhythm of sleep, while some experts favor keeping the standard time permanently.
Meanwhile, in the European Union, efforts to end daylight savings time remain deadlocked.
Although the European Parliament supported the proposal in 2019, the member countries have not yet reached an agreement on whether summer time or winter time should finally remain./TV21
