32 citizens were identified during the rally held yesterday near the Parliament.
On 23.07.2026, at around 09:30, on “George W. Bush” street, near the Parliament, a rally took place during which some of the participants opposed the State Police employees scheduled to guarantee order and public safety, and also threw hard objects, pyrotechnic tools and other objects in their direction.
As a result of investigative actions, 32 citizens were identified who allegedly committed these illegal actions during the gathering. In the following:

Zh., FS, AB and IM, for the criminal offenses “Organization and participation in illegal gatherings and demonstrations”, “Disturbance of public peace”, “Opposition to the employee of Public order police” and “Obstruction of the circulation of means of transport”.
As material evidence, capsules were seized which were found in a plasma bag carried by the arrested citizen AI
The 6 police officers who were injured during the rally received treatment at the hospital and are out of danger.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office for further investigative actions.
