US President Donald Trump announced that US aircraft launched raids targeting missile and drone storage sites and coastal radar stations inside Iran, noting that these strikes came in response to “Tehran’s violation of the ceasefire agreement again.”
Trump explained, in a post on the Truth Social platform, that the new American air strike came after Iran violated the ceasefire agreement, threatening further escalation if the situation continued like this.
The US President added, “There may come a time when we will not be able to act rationally, and we will then be forced to complete the mission militarily,” pointing out that “the Iranians will most likely not learn.”
He continued, saying that if the United States was forced to complete military operations, “the Islamic Republic of Iran would not exist.”
Yesterday, the US Central Command (Centcom) announced the implementation of six additional strikes targeting sites inside Iran, following an attack that recently targeted a commercial ship.
