Direct speech of the head of the Russian Federation: “Russia is under harsh, one can say without any exaggeration, unprecedented pressure from the Western elites. They cannot inflict a strategic defeat on us, win on the battlefield, they are trying to destabilize the political situation, sow internal turmoil – doesn’t work either. That is why they continue to encourage the Kyiv regime (Ukrainian authorities – ed.)”.

Details: Putin complained about the Ukrainian “targeted strikes” on various objects in Russia, as well as about the recruitment of people inside the Russian Federation “to carry out sabotage and terrorist attacks”, but at the same time explained all this by the fact that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are allegedly “retreating along the entire line of combat confrontation”.
“The West allegedly prefers not to notice all this. It does not notice. And at the same time, it is introducing new sanctions against us.” – Putin said.
At the same time, he tried to convince the congress delegates that he sees and is aware of all the problems and “will definitely solve them”.

“We will definitely ensure the security of both the country and our citizens, the inviolability of Russian borders for a long historical perspective… We will definitely cope with all the challenges we face today, including terrorist attacks on our territory and infrastructure,” Putin said.
He also, as always, promised to bring the economy of the Russian Federation “to a fundamentally new technological level”, to increase the birth rate and standard of living of Russians, to build roads, etc.
“Some plans, of course, based on the current situation, we are adjusting… We are going through a difficult phase, but it has taught us a lot,” said the Russian ruler.
“I repeat: Russia can only be a strong, independent state. Or there will be no Russia.” – concluded Putin.
