The spokesperson of Herat Municipality, Khan Mohammad Yousufzai, told Bakhtar News Agency that this project has been started for the purpose of improving the urban order and regulating traffic affairs.
According to him, the cost of this project will be paid from the development budget of Herat Municipality and its works will be completed and put to use within three months.
The local residents expressed their happiness at the start of this project and called it an effective step in the field of urban order.
