Edgar Ghazaryan: Samvel Karapetyan is making efforts to unite all forces of the opposition field. “Publication”

– While the people expect a clear position from the forces participating in the post-election phase, especially those that have crossed the electoral threshold, regarding the further struggle, whether or not to take a mandate, etc., Samvel Karapetyan announced the beginning of the unification of the opposition forces. According to him, the opposition made a mistake before the elections. many parties overestimated their capabilities and failed to agree with each other in advance. He proposes to create a coordinating council and publicly discuss the next steps. How effective will this initiative be, and how many people will consider this method of struggle reasonable?

– Samvel Karapetyan has a historic mission: to unite our people, including political forces. Immediately after the founding of the “Strong Armenia” party, many recognized public and political figures joined the ranks of that party, joining the team led by Samvel Karapetyan. Then, when a decision was made to participate in the elections, the “Strong Armenia” party formed a political alliance with the “New Era” and “United Armenians” parties. Later, the “Strong Armenia” bloc signed a memorandum of cooperation with the “Land of Living” party. “Freedom”, “Heritage”, “Stability”, and HJAM parties expressed unconditional support for the “Strong Armenia” alliance.

The “Hayakve” civil union also expressed such a position, as well as the largest “Sons’ Call” non-governmental organization uniting the parents of fallen servicemen. A number of key parties that did not participate in the elections called on their supporters to vote for one of the opposition political forces, including the “Strong Armenia” alliance. As a result, the “Strong Armenia” bloc is the largest political force that has entered the parliament.

Now Samvel Karapetyan is making efforts to unite all the forces of the opposition field, as well as to form an extra-parliamentary alliance in order to unite our common efforts in order to remove Nikol Pashinyan from power and to prevent a devastating disaster for the state. In this case, we are talking about cooperation based on common values ​​and goals, the format and implementation of which will determine the forces that will unite and lay the foundation for further cooperation.
