Air Algerie intends to strengthen its international network with two new Asian destinations, as preliminary data revealed the programming of direct flights from Algiers to Delhi, India, and Shanghai, China, to enter service with the start of the 2026-2027 winter season.
The “Aero-Roots” platform, which specializes in tracking airline schedules, explained that the national carrier has deposited the initial timetables for the two new routes starting from Algiers’ Houari Boumediene International Airport. According to these data, the Algiers-Delhi route will start on October 25, 2026, with three weekly flights scheduled on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, to be operated by Airbus A330-900neo aircraft belonging to the company’s new fleet.
According to the announced programme, flight AH3104 will depart from Algeria at 10:00 am and arrive in the Indian capital at 23:00 on the same day, while the return flight AH3105 will take off from Delhi at 00:30 after midnight and land in Algeria at 06:05 am.
Regarding the Shanghai route, the same source indicated that the first flights are scheduled for October 26, 2026, with three weekly frequencies on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
