“Women in Business – 2025” from the Investment and Credit Bank of Tajikistan is not just a competition and award ceremony, but a live platform filled with stories.
Different cities, different scales, but an equally strong focus on development, growth and their own projects.
The evening will focus on 15 nominations: production, trade, agribusiness, digital, innovation, sustainable development, social and family projects. In fact, the entire cross-section of the economy.
The ICB this evening made its role clear: not only to finance, but also to develop. As part of the event, a presentation of the textbook “Financial Literacy with ICB” in Tajik took place. This is a practical guide for teens and young adults to explain basic financial principles in simple terms.
The book was prepared within the framework of the National Strategy for Financial Inclusion 2022–2026 and the state policy for the development of the digital economy and innovation 2025–2030. The publication will be distributed free of charge.
The guests are representatives of government agencies, the National Bank, the Committee for Women’s Affairs, international and financial institutions, and the diplomatic corps. And also the UN, the World Bank, the EBRD. And this adds additional weight to the event.
The evening gradually turned to music. On stage is the legendary Daler Nazarov. A live performance that attracts attention and becomes the final point of the event.
It was an evening about women who are already shaping the economy today – calmly and confidently.
