“The ‘Corps grand-ducal d’incendie et de secours’ (CGDIS) points out the increased risk of vegetation fires and accidents related to outdoor activities and calls on the population to act responsibly,” it said in a statement Government press release from Wednesday. The “Cellule d’évaluation du risque intempéries et inondations” (CERI) is aimed at the population because of the current heat warning.
