KABUL (Pajhwok): Director of the Afghanistan’s National Federation of Buzkashi, Neza Bazi and Traditional Sports Ghulam Sarwar Jalal has travelled to India to participate in an intentional trade conference.
In a statement, the federation said Jalal left for New Delhi at the official invitation of India to attend the international Bharat Conference, a business and trade event.
The statement noted that Jalal is not only the head of the National Buzkashi, Neza Bazi and Traditional Sports Federation, but also a national businessman and president of the Afghan Samsor Company.
It added the visit aims to participate in key economic and trade meetings, expand commercial relations, explore investment opportunities, promote joint cooperation and showcase Afghanistan’s economic potential at regional and international levels.
Jalal’s participation in the conference reflected his active role in the business sector and his continued efforts to strengthen economic ties and create new opportunities for the growth and development of Afghanistan’s trade, the federation concluded
