At the beginning, the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mr. Sirik Zhoman Garin, welcomed Mr. Sirik Zhoman Garin and added that Afghanistan and Kazakhstan are two Muslim countries that have commonalities in political, economic, religious and cultural fields.
Later, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Kazakhstan expressed his happiness on his visit to Kabul and said that the purpose of this visit is to develop and strengthen economic and political relations with Afghanistan.
Mr. Serik Zhoman Garin said that the President of Kazakhstan pays special attention to Afghanistan and closely monitors the relations between the two countries, because Afghanistan is our important partner in the region.
He added that Kazakhstan pays special attention to humanitarian cooperation with Afghanistan, especially to returning refugees and Afghan victims of natural disasters.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Kazakhstan explained that we want to increase the level of exports from Afghanistan to Kazakhstan, for this purpose Afghan-Kazakh Joint Trade Chamber will be opened in Kabul today.
Referring to the fact that Afghanistan has made progress in various fields with its healthy leadership, he said that Kazakhstan is ready to cooperate with Afghanistan in all fields.
Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan and Minister of Economy also extended an official invitation to visit the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Mullah Muhammad Hassan Akhund by the President of this country.
The Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan called the relations between the two countries important and said that currently Afghanistan has made good progress in various fields, which is all the result of the cooperation between friendly countries.
The Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan added, May God grant that this trip will lead to further strengthening of relations between the two countries.
Referring to these good relations, Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund said: “All relevant institutions are instructed to take practical steps to develop cooperation and strengthen relations between Kazakhstan and Afghanistan in various fields.”
The Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan asked the Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan to convey his greetings and good wishes to the President of Kazakhstan, Mr. Kasim Jomart Tokayev and the members of the Cabinet.
Finally, Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund invited the President of Kazakhstan to visit Afghanistan.
