Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree appointing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Malaysia, Muhammetnyyaz Mashalov, as the head of the country’s diplomatic mission in Brunei Darussalam, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reported.
