All this with one company – ATI from Pula.
It is already known that in the last seven years HOO has signed contracts worth as much as 4.78 million euros without conducting public tenders, which, of course, should be a prerequisite for transparent and legal business. Through 26 contracts within the mentioned figure of slightly less than 5 million euros, the company ATI collected 487 thousand euros including VAT. It is an amount which, as Pandžić revealed today, in reality amounts to around 1.5 million euros including VAT in the last three years, not counting the current year 2026. The largest amount is that of last year, when it was on the account of the Istrian company it owns Vesne Borisavljević “sjelo” about 850 thousand euros.
HOO has not yet responded to the question of why the contracts were not entered in the Public Procurement Register. It should also be noted how it is Yesterday, Secretary General Krajač handed over the extraordinary resignation of the acting director of finance, accounting and procurement Zlatko Mežnarić. We are talking about a man who came to the Committee five years ago precisely at Krajac’s invitation. It is suspected that Krajač accused Mežnarić of cooperating with journalists.
According to the available data, the ATI company did not have a single contract with HOO from 2018 to 2023, when the owner Borisavljević signed the sponsorship contract. Although, admittedly, it is not known exactly what the company is sponsoring, but its revenues eventually increased from 2.77 million euros, which was achieved in 2022, to 8.7 million euros last year. On the official website, ATI presents itself as “the leading boutique agency in the field of professional organization of conferences, events and travel in Croatia”.
