Yesterday, the Minister of Interior, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, in the presence of the Governor of Al-Baha Region, Prince Dr. Hossam bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, inaugurated a number of security projects in the Al-Baha region, which included the Public Security Training City, the District Police Building, the District Traffic Department Building, and the Security Patrols Department Building.
The Minister of the Interior was briefed on the administrative facilities, training, sports and residential fields in the Public Security Training City in Al-Baha region, and listened to a comprehensive explanation of its role in supporting the security training system, qualifying security cadres, and raising their readiness in accordance with the highest professional and training standards. He also viewed the facilities, equipment and advanced technologies in the buildings of the Al-Baha region police, the region’s traffic department, and the security patrol department, which would support security and traffic work, and raise the efficiency of institutional performance, in a way that contributes to enhancing performance. Field and quality of security and traffic services for citizens, residents and visitors.
These projects are an extension of the Ministry of Interior’s efforts to develop the security and training infrastructure, enhance the operational readiness of the security sectors, and create modern work environments that support increasing performance efficiency, and keep pace with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in building qualified national capabilities and developing government and security services according to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
The inauguration was attended by the Deputy Emir of Al-Baha Region, Prince Fahd bin Saad bin Abdullah bin Turki, and a number of senior officials accompanying the Minister of Interior.
Yesterday, the Minister of Interior also met with the security and military leaders in the Al-Baha region, in the presence of the Emir of Al-Baha Region, Prince Dr. Hossam bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, and the Deputy Emir of the region, Prince Fahd bin Saad bin Abdullah bin Turki.
During the meeting, the Minister of Interior conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, to the security and military leaders and employees of the security and military sectors in the region.
The Minister of Interior praised the great efforts exerted by employees of the security and military sectors in performing their duties, and the dedication and sincerity they show in serving the nation, stressing that what they do in protecting and preserving the security and stability of the Kingdom represents an honorable model in enhancing the sustainability of the general sense of security, and reflects the level of efficiency and readiness that the security and military sectors enjoy with the support of the leadership.
