As a reminder, Šarec said that it is important that an agreement be reached in Montenegro regarding changes to the Constitution, and that the opposition platform could represent a good basis for further dialogue.
“We are standing at the door of the European Union. The opposition has shown responsibility – the platform is on the table. The government must decide: dialogue and the Constitution, or responsibility for the missed historical chance of Montenegro,” emphasized Vuković-Kuč.
