13th Edition: The Policy Center for the New South will host the 13th edition of the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) program, its annual flagship initiative aimed at empowering more than 40 young professionals aged 25 to 35 from across the Atlantic Basin.
Selected from more than 1,500 candidates each year, these agents of change join a dynamic network of more than 490 active former participants. Taking place in Rabat, Morocco, from December 6 to 10, 2026, the ADEL program offers a transformative leadership experience through personalized training, interactive workshops and high-level exchanges.
Participants take part in global public policy discussions and interact with high-level decision-makers, experts and peers from diverse sectors and regions.
The program concludes with participation in the 15th edition of the high-level Atlantic Dialogues conference from December 10-12, providing further opportunities for intergenerational dialogue and strategic engagement.
