This distinction, awarded to an entrepreneur aged under 25, comes at a time when the company has undergone an important phase of development. Starting from an individual initiative, it now has an industrial unit employing more than 250 employees and has doubled its production capacity, going from 20,000 to 40,000 products per day.
This recognition comes a few weeks after the company obtained the certificate of conformity to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)issued by theMoroccan Institute of Standardization (IMANOR). The company had previously obtained the “Made in Morocco” label as well as a quality certificate. The certification attests to the conformity of the production unit, located in the industrial zone of Casablancato the requirements of the standard NM ISO 22716-2012. It covers perfume manufacturing and packaging activities and remains valid until February 2029.
As it develops, Hadri Parfums has established a network comprising more than 25 points of sale in Morocco and internationally, while continuing its expansion into new sectors and Moroccan brands. According to information provided by the company, its positioning is based on making perfumes that meet international standards available to a wide audience.
On the occasion of this distinction, Abderrazak Hadri indicated that he considered this recognition as an additional responsibility in favor of the promotion of “Made in Morocco” and the creation of employment opportunities for young people. He also underlined the continuation of training and development actions for young people as well as the search for technological partners in order to further increase the company’s production capacities.
