Today, an important ministerial delegation arrived in the state of Tizi Ouzou, including the Minister of the Interior, Local Communities and Transport, Said Saioud, the Minister of Tourism and Handicrafts, Houria Madahi, the Minister of Public Works and Basic Installations, Abdelkader Glaoui, along with the Director General of Civil Protection, Colonel Boualem Bouglaf.
The ministerial delegation supervised the official launch of the 2026 summer season, with the inauguration and putting into service of the second part of the chairlift project for the state of Tizi Ouzou, within the framework of supporting the transportation infrastructure and enhancing the tourism potential of the region.
This visit falls within the framework of the public authorities’ follow-up to the pace of completion of development projects and to determine the readiness of facilities and services designated to receive vacationers during the summer season.
