Milli: a new look at delivery service in Tajikistan

The Milli delivery platform has been launched and is already operating in Dushanbe and Khujand, which represents a new stage in the development of fast delivery services in Tajikistan. The company enters the market with an updated strategy focused on creating a unified ecosystem of services for the everyday needs of users.

At the first stage, delivery of ready-made food from most popular establishments in the capital is available in the Milli mobile application. In the future, the company plans to significantly expand the list of services within the application, adding delivery of food, pharmacy products, flowers, gifts and other categories.

The name Milli reflects the company’s desire to create modern technological solutions that take into account the needs of the people of Tajikistan. During their work in the delivery industry, the team has accumulated significant experience and came to understand that customers need not only a food ordering service, but also convenient access to a wide range of goods and services for a comfortable everyday life.

“We see that modern users value speed, convenience and the ability to solve various everyday problems through a single digital service. Milli is our new look at the delivery market and the logical development of the company towards a full-fledged platform that combines different categories of goods and services,” notes the general director of the project, Gulmurodi Sadullo.

It is worth noting that for the convenience of customers, the mobile application has been updated, which is already available for download and use. As part of the modernization of the service, users are invited to register, which will allow the company to improve the quality of service and create more personalized offers.

Simultaneously with the launch of a new stage of development, the company strengthened its operational infrastructure. The number of couriers and vehicles, including scooters, has been increased, which will reduce delivery time and improve the quality of service in urban traffic conditions. Currently, Milli services are available in Dushanbe and Khujand.

In the coming months, the company plans to launch a full-fledged platform for couriers, individuals and businesses, as well as introduce its own marketplace, which will allow users to order a wide range of goods through a single digital platform.

    About the company

Milli is a domestic digital food delivery platform that operates in Dushanbe and Khujand, and in order to provide better services to the population, it has itself developed innovative fintech solutions for its platform.
