As part of the revision of the general electoral lists in view of the elections of members of the House of Representatives, scheduled for September 23, 2026, the deadline for submitting new applications for registration on these lists ends on Saturday June 13, 2026 at midnight, recalls a press release from the Minister of the Interior.
To this end, the Minister of the Interior urges citizens not yet registered on the aforementioned lists, meeting the required legal conditions and aged at least 18 years or who will reach this age on September 23, 2026, to submit their registration requests before the expiration of the deadline, namely on the 13th at midnight, via the site ” www.listeselectorales.ma » or from the offices of the local administrative authority to which their place of residence falls.
The Minister also calls on people who have changed their places of effective residence outside the territorial jurisdiction of the municipality or district where they are registered to present, within the same deadlines, requests for transfer of their registration on the electoral list of the municipality or district, which has become their new places of effective residence by accessing the aforementioned electronic site or through the offices of the local administrative authority to which their new places of residence fall.
The Minister of the Interior calls on voters, particularly those who have left the commune or district where they resided, to ensure their registration on the electoral lists of their new places of residence by sending an SMS to the free number 2727 or via access to the electronic site dedicated to general electoral lists “”www.electorallists.my“.
On the other hand, in the event that their names do not appear on the current general electoral lists, the persons concerned must submit a new registration request directly via the electronic site or to the offices of the local administrative authority to which their new places of residence fall, before the end of the deadline set for the submission of new registration requests or transfer of registration, namely no later than June 13, 2026 at midnight.
For voters who have changed their places of residence within the same municipality or the same district, they are invited to proceed, during the same period, to updating their addresses in the electoral list of the municipality or district where they reside, either through the site “”www.listeselectorales.ma“, or by informing the local administrative authority, concludes the press release.
