The representative of the sixth district in the Northern Region Municipal Council, municipal member Abdullah Ashour, expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, for his interest, continuous follow-up, and constant keenness on everything that would serve the citizens and residents of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Ashour stressed that Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah’s directives to the concerned authorities to expedite the follow-up of requests related to the installation of signs and indicative signs indicating the Ramli suburb reflect the interest of the wise leadership in providing basic services and developing the service infrastructure in residential areas, in a way that contributes to facilitating the movement of citizens and visitors and improving the level of services provided to them.
He explained that this directive comes in response to the demands he submitted through the Municipal Council, which were highlighted in the media, as he previously called through the “Akhbar Al-Khaleej” newspaper for the necessity of accelerating the installation of informational and informational signs leading to the Ramli Housing Project (Ramli Suburb), given the importance of the project and the need of residents and visitors for clear guidance methods that facilitate access to it.
He pointed out that the absence of information signs was causing difficulties for those arriving and heading to the suburb, especially with the expansion of the residential project and the intensity of traffic in its surroundings, expressing his appreciation for the quick response to this request, which will contribute to enhancing ease of access to the area and raising the level of services provided to its residents.
Ashour concluded his statement by emphasizing that continuous cooperation and coordination between government agencies and municipal councils represents an essential foundation for improving the level of services and meeting the needs of citizens, praising the continuing efforts made by official agencies to follow up on development and service projects in various regions of the Kingdom.
