The General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat participated in organizing an official reception event for the country’s pilgrims at Zayed and Dubai airports under the slogan: “The UAE welcomes the return of pilgrims” to congratulate the pilgrims on performing the Hajj and provide them with souvenirs and flowers to celebrate their safety and return to the homeland after performing the Hajj.
The Authority confirmed that receiving pilgrims and congratulating them on the blessed Hajj is an authentic initiative that is an extension of our deep-rooted societal customs and values that are passed down through generations in the society of the United Arab Emirates. It also reflects the interest of the state and our wise leadership in the pilgrims and all members of society, sharing the joy and bringing joy and pleasure to their souls on happy occasions.
A large number of male and female employees of the General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat, and representatives of agencies and partners, participated in the reception, amid a social atmosphere filled with a spirit of affection and joy that left a good impact on the souls of the pilgrims and their families, who prayed that the country’s leadership and people would be preserved.
