His Excellency Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al Thani, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs, met with His Excellency Mr. Chiavri Chamsudin, Minister of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia, during His Excellency’s visit to Indonesia.
On this occasion, an official reception ceremony was held for His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs upon his arrival at the headquarters of the Indonesian Ministry of Defense.
During the meeting, the latest developments and security developments in the region were reviewed, and aspects of military cooperation and joint coordination in light of the current circumstances were discussed.
The meeting also witnessed the signing of a contract between Barzan Holding Group and the Indonesian Ministry of Defense, and the signing of an agreement to establish a partnership between Barzan Holding Group and Republic Corp.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency Dr. Sultan Mubarak Al Dosari, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Indonesia, and a number of senior officers and officials from both sides.
