During the event, the “Damas” motor vehicle moving in the city of Ko’kan was stopped and inspected with the participation of impartial people. The car was driven by a resident of Fergana district, born in 1995.
During the inspection, 2 kilograms and 40 grams of hashish and 5,600 pieces of the powerful drug “Regapen” were found in the interior of the vehicle, and they were taken into custody.
Before the investigation, it was revealed that this person planned to take these drugs from his criminal partner in the Kyrgyz Republic and sell them in the city of Kokand.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against him under Articles 246, 251-1 and 273 of the Criminal Code. According to the court’s decision, “imprisonment” precautionary measure was applied against him.
