The spokesman of the provincial police chief, Hashmatullah Rahmani, told Bakhtar Agency that the incident took place last night in Shabagli Kotal of Khalum district when a Corolla car collided with a Hino car, as a result of which three people died and another was injured.
He says that the second incident occurred in Khawaja Ghaib area of the same district due to a Corolla car skidding, in which the driver lost his life.
It should be noted that these incidents were caused by the carelessness of car drivers.
