350 million salary for killing an old man

According to Jam Jam reporter, the investigation of this case started on the evening of Tuesday 2nd of Bahman 1403 with the report of fatal shooting in Pasdaran neighborhood of Tehran. After the witnesses of the murder called, the police officers of the 102 Pasdaran Police Station, the identification team, forensic experts and detectives of the 10th Intelligence Department of Greater Tehran along with the special homicide investigator went to the scene of the incident and started preliminary investigations.
At the scene of the incident, the criminal team found the body of a 72-year-old man who had been shot. Preliminary investigations showed that this crime was carried out with a previous plan.
The initial investigation indicated that the victim was shot and killed by the passenger of a motorcycle when he tried to enter his house, and the perpetrator fled the scene with his accomplice before the police arrived. Inspection of the CCTV cameras showed that the two occupants of the motorcycle ambushed in front of the victim’s house with a previous plan and shot him dead at an opportune moment.
After investigating the victim’s family, it was found that he had a property dispute with several people, one of whom was a rich man from Afghanistan named Nemat. The Afghan man was arrested and denied his role in the investigation, but after four months he broke his silence and said: I had a dispute with the old man and I had some pieces of land in his hands. I hired someone and he killed the old man with the help of his family. After this confession, the perpetrator named Maitham and his accomplice Saeed were arrested.
After investigating them, it was found that on the day of the incident, they chased the victim from his workplace in Aqdasiyeh to his house in Pasdaran, and when the elderly man arrived in front of the house, Maisham shot him behind the wheel of his car and the two fled. Maitham goes to Bandar Abbas for a while and starts working there. After a few months, when he comes to Tehran due to his wife’s accident, he is identified in the hospital. In the preliminary investigation, Maisham confessed to the murder and said: Nemat and the victim were in the business of buying and selling tires of heavy vehicles and had a difference of 400,000 dollars. The victim asked Nemat to give him a piece of land to settle their dispute. Even a few days before this incident, Nemat’s family was attacked in Afghanistan, which Nemat said was done by his partner. After completing the investigation and issuing the indictment to the accused, the case was sent to the criminal court of a province of Tehran and yesterday the accused stood at the trial table in the 9th branch presided over by Judge Sajjad Manafi-Azer. At the beginning of the meeting, the parents’ lawyer asked for retribution for Meisham and for the other two defendants. He continued: Maitham and Nemat had conspired to commit this murder. Nemat gave Maysam 200 million tomans as an advance payment and was supposed to pay another 150 million tomans after the work was done. On the day of the incident, Maysham and Saeed chase the victim to the front of the house. There, the criminal called the elderly man by name and when he was sure of his identification, he shot him dead. They covered their faces and this made it take time to identify them.
The head of the court then accused Maitham of being responsible for the murder and asked him to defend himself. He had a bounced check from a man for five billion tomans, and because he is a citizen, he could not file a complaint and follow up. I was supposed to do it and get paid for it. He paid me 200 million tomans for this work. I was supposed to cash the check through a company, but he didn’t accept it because of the high amount, and I decided to get Nemat Vakil. One day he made an appointment in Aqdasiya to pay the money. Because the weather was cold, I called Saeed to follow me. I had a stone work project in Bandar Abbas and I wanted to take Saeed there with me. That’s why I decided to talk to him about work on the way. When he came, the two of us left. We had no role in the murder.
President of the court: You confessed to the murder in the preliminary investigation. What do you have to say about it?
Maysam: Nemat promised me satisfaction and money. Also, when I was in prison, he sent me a video of my child and threatened, I know where your child is.
Maysham denied the murder while Saeed introduced him as the murderer in his defense. Saeed, who was accused of helping the accused to escape and hiding the evidence of the crime, said in his defense: I do not accept my accusations. I did not know Nemat and the victim. On the day of the incident, Maitham called me and asked me to follow him to talk to me about working in Bandar Abbas. When I went to Aqdasiya, he asked me to take him to the guards. We went to the address he said and seeing a Peugeot 207 with smoked glass, he went towards it and suddenly shot the driver and came towards me and sat down. I was very scared and I just gasped. On the way, I asked him why he did this, he didn’t answer and then he disappeared. he from me
    abused
Maitham also said about these confessions: I am sure Nemat hired him to speak against me.
Later, Nemat stood on the stand accused of being an accomplice in the murder, and he rejected the accusation and said: Because I am a citizen, Meysam used to do my administrative work for me. On that day, he was supposed to get a check and an affidavit from the old man, so I called him and told him his travel time so that he could find it easily. I don’t know why he killed the old man.
The president of the court: Why is Maitham’s SIM card in your name?
Nemat: I would never have bought him a SIM card if I had known that he intended to do this.
After the defense of the defendants and their lawyers, the judges rushed to make a decision.
