Head of Borders, Tribes and Tribal Affairs of Khost, Maulvi Mia Muhammad Wali Siddiqui, told Bakhtar News Agency that the enmity between the families of Dolas Khan and Miroli was created 26 years ago, due to which one person was killed.
He added that this is the 111th meeting organized by the Conflict Prevention Commission in Khost province, which is being held with the cooperation of tribal leaders.
The district governor of Bak District Maulvi Meraj Gul Meraj called the peaceful resolution of the conflicts important and said that now the right conditions have been provided so that the problems between peoples and families can be solved through understanding and brotherhood.
On the other hand, both families promised that they will live in peace and brotherhood from now on and avoid any conflict.
It is worth mentioning that in recent years, due to the efforts of tribal leaders and reformers, similar enmities have been resolved in a peaceful manner in different regions of the country.
