He published a video with snapshots and statements from his visit to Greece on X o Emmanuel Macronshortly after his departure from our country.
The video shows excerpts from the French president’s statements, with an emphasis on the strategic relationship between Athens and Paris and France’s commitment to Greece: “We will be here. And for me this is the meaning of friendship. Of the famous alliance, France-Greece alliance. Alliance and friendship is a very simple thing. When you go to bed you don’t wonder what you will do tomorrow, you know. If your sovereignty is threatened, do whatever it takes, we will be here.”
The French president wrote “you know” in his post, referring to his position, “when you go to bed you don’t wonder what you will do tomorrow, you know.”
