KUWAIT CITY, Jun 22: A woman died and two other people were injured after a fire broke out in an apartment building in the Farwaniya area on Monday, authorities said.
Firefighting teams from the Farwaniya and Sabah Al-Nasser fire centers, along with personnel from the Search and Rescue Department, responded to the incident and brought the blaze under control.
The fire occurred inside an apartment in a residential building. Emergency teams worked to contain the flames and secure the site before handing it over to the relevant authorities for further procedures.
The General Fire Force urged citizens and residents to follow fire safety and prevention guidelines to protect lives and property and help prevent similar incidents.
