Gulf News | Representatives: Bahrain, since its recent establishment, is an independent Arab state with sovereignty. The people are increasingly united and united around their leadership whenever targeting campaigns escalate.

A number of representatives expressed their rejection and denunciation of the claims and allegations contained in the article published by the editor-in-chief of the Iranian Kayhan newspaper that affect the sovereignty, national unity and political history of the Kingdom of Bahrain, considering that these statements are not based on documented facts or recognized legal references, and contradict the principles of international law, the Charter of the United Nations, and the principle of respecting the sovereignty of states and non-interference in their internal affairs, and that what the article contains reflects the continuation of the expansionist mentality that still governs an aspect of political and media discourse. Iranian, despite all the changes that the region and the world have witnessed.

Gulf News | His Majesty the King receives more telegrams of pledge and loyalty from a number of generous Bahraini families and families.

They added that the claim that the people of Bahrain consider themselves Iranian or demand to join Iran is nothing but a miserable attempt to reproduce political illusions that have fallen in the face of the facts of history, geography and international legitimacy, stressing that Bahrain is an independent Arab state with full sovereignty, and that its national identity and legal status are not the subject of debate or discussion, but rather solid facts approved by the national will and recognized by the international community for many decades, and that the loyal people of Bahrain have proven throughout history their adherence to their homeland and its leadership, and expressed in Various national stations expressed his pride in his affiliation and rally around His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the great King of the country.

The Chairman of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee in the House of Representatives, Representative Ahmed Sabah Al-Saloum, stressed that such statements cannot be viewed as passing opinions or isolated positions, but rather come within a recurring context of hostile and interventionist rhetoric targeting Bahrain and the countries of the region, and reveal the inability of the Iranian regime to build normal relations based on mutual respect, good neighborliness, and non-interference in the internal affairs of countries.

He pointed out that what Bahrain witnessed during the last period of broad national cohesion and a solid popular rally around the leadership and state institutions in the face of the brutal Iranian attacks sent a clear message that Bahrain is too strong, united and cohesive to be affected by such allegations or inflammatory campaigns, and that the Bahraini people stand united behind their homeland, sovereignty and national security.

For his part, Representative Dr. Hisham Al-Ashiri said that the Kingdom of Bahrain is an independent Arab state with full sovereignty, and an active member of the League of Arab States and the United Nations since 1971, and that its legal and international status has been finally and decisively stabilized following the process of self-determination that took place under the supervision of the United Nations in 1970, in which the Bahraini people expressed, with overwhelming consensus, their desire to establish an independent Arab state with full sovereignty. The UN Security Council unanimously adopted this free will, to be later translated into a declaration. The independence of the Kingdom and its joining the international community as a recognized sovereign state.

Regarding the allegations related to the Kingdom’s security and defense partnerships and arrangements, Representative Mohsen Al-Asboul stressed that the Kingdom of Bahrain’s defense and security policy is managed within the framework of its full national sovereignty, and in accordance with bilateral and multilateral agreements governed by the rules of international law, like all other sovereign states, in a way that achieves the Kingdom’s interests, preserves its security and stability, and contributes to strengthening regional and international security.

Representative Mahmoud Fardan also stressed that the claim that the people of Bahrain define themselves outside of their comprehensive national identity does not reflect the existing political and social reality, as the Bahraini people, with their various components, affirm their authentic Arab affiliation and steadfast loyalty to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the great King of the country, and their pride in their national state, its constitutional institutions, and its established historical choices that have established the unity of belonging and national identity within the framework of the independent Bahraini state.

In turn, Representative Jalila Alawi Al-Sayyid pointed out that the fundamental difference between countries is measured by the development, stability and opportunities they provide to their people, and their ability to invest in people, education, the economy and sustainable development, not in exporting crises or supporting militias and armed groups and interfering in the affairs of other countries, stressing that the Kingdom of Bahrain has chosen the approach of the modern national state based on development, coexistence, openness and the rule of law.

For her part, MP Zainab Abdul Amir affirmed that such inflammatory speeches and irresponsible platforms blatantly violate the United Nations charters, the principles of good neighborliness, and international laws requiring respect for the sovereignty of states, stressing that the Kingdom of Bahrain will always remain free, Arab, and resistant to every conspiracy thanks to the awareness of its people and the wisdom of its leadership.

Representative Maryam Hassan Al-Sayegh also pointed out that the loyalty of the people of the Kingdom of Bahrain and their pledge of allegiance is pure and complete to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the country, and that Shariatmadari’s claim that “the people of Bahrain still consider themselves Iranian” is a lie and misleading, as the people of Bahrain are proud of their Arab-Islamic identity, their ancient history, and their national leadership. !

In turn, Representative Muhammad Youssef Al-Marafi pointed out that these provocative statements are not a passing stance, but rather an expression of a chronic expansionist mentality that has brought nothing but tension and destabilization to the region, and a tool that the Iranian regime resorts to for internal consumption and to divert the attention of its people from its stifling economic and political crises, by inciting hollow nationalist strife that has no basis in history or law.

Al-Maarafi addressed the authors of this speech by saying: If you want the language of “historical rights,” start with the occupied Arab Ahvaz and its oppressed people, and stop attacking the sovereignty of the fully sovereign Arab countries.

For his part, Representative Muhammad Al-Ahmad confirmed that what was published by the Iranian newspaper “Kayhan” by its editor-in-chief, Hossein Shariatmadari, regarding the Kingdom of Bahrain, reveals that the same mentality that led Iran to isolation, attrition, the impoverishment of its people, the destruction of its guide and leaders, and led it to the abyss, is still living the same illusions of guardianship over neighboring countries and is not learning from the lessons.

He added that the irony that makes Shariat Madari’s speech a joke is that he and those like him have never declared about development, giving rights to the Iranian people, and the advancement of their country, which has squandered wealth. How can he want the world to believe that he wants to give others what he did not give to his own people first? We tell him, help yourself above all else.

In turn, Representative Hassan Ibrahim Hassan affirmed that these statements represent a blatant violation of international norms and principles of good neighborliness, and reflect an unacceptable speech that contradicts the historical and legal facts that the international community decided decades ago, as the Kingdom of Bahrain enjoys its full sovereignty and independence, and enjoys membership in the United Nations and full international recognition as an independent, sovereign state.

For his part, Representative Jamil Mulla Hassan said that instead of making these allegations and interfering in the affairs of other countries, the Iranian officials and media should have been preoccupied with addressing their internal crises and responding to the demands of their people. Over the past years, the world has followed cases of restricting the Internet and cutting off social media for Iranian citizens, at a time when the Iranian people were demanding improvement in their living and economic conditions and gaining more freedoms.

Representative Dr. Munir Sorour also stated that the Bahraini people, with their various components, stand united behind their wise leadership in protecting the nation’s sovereignty and preserving its security and stability, pointing out that such statements only increase Bahrainis’ adherence to their national identity and pride in their belonging to their homeland, adding, “Events have proven that Bahrain is stronger than campaigns of doubt, greater than illusions of expansion, and that its people stand united behind its wise leadership in defense of the nation’s sovereignty.” And his dignity.” !

For his part, Representative Badr Saleh Al-Tamimi stressed that Bahrain will remain strong with the unity of its people and their unity around its leadership, and that any attempts to undermine its sovereignty or question the independence of its national decision are doomed to failure, in light of the solid national awareness and popular alignment behind the wise leadership.

Representative Ali Saqr Al-Dosari also pointed out that all the people of Bahrain launched their initiative that confirms standing united under the flag of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and hundreds of thousands of citizens signed documents of loyalty and belonging, which was a purely societal initiative from the people of Bahrain, and a message from the proud people of Bahrain that the Kingdom is under the leadership of His Majesty the King, and the people will not be satisfied with anything else.

In turn, Representative Basma Mubarak affirmed that the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Bahrain is a red line, and that attempts at blatant Iranian interference are rejected and reveal expansionist ambitions, adding that these false allegations published by Kayhan newspaper are a blatant violation of the principles of good neighborliness and international laws, and a desperate attempt at incitement.

For his part, MP Waleed Jaber Al-Dosari affirmed that the people of the Kingdom of Bahrain, with all its components, have declared their absolute loyalty to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the great King of the country, and are rallying around his leadership in good and bad times, adding that the parliamentary diplomacy that we represent will confront anyone who tries to undermine our sovereignty, and our message is clear that the Kingdom of Bahrain is resistant to strife, and its people are its fortified shield, and our loyalty will remain to His Majesty the King. Glory be to the soil of this dear country.

In turn, Representative Mohammed Jassim Al Aliwi affirmed that the loyal people of the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the country’s great king, are characterized by national awareness and will not allow any external party to undermine their national unity or question their principles and national gains, stressing the need to respect the sovereignty of states and refrain from making statements that would stir up strife or harm the security and stability of the region and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
