“Health” (AKIpress) – A resident of the village of Koi-Tash, Tash-Moinok aiyl aimak, Alamedin district, Chui region, asked President Sadyr Japarov to allocate an additional ambulance to the village.
Satipa Kalbaeva made such a request on November 6 during a meeting of the head of state with residents of the district.
According to the woman, when calling an ambulance, especially in the evening and at night, residents are often informed that the car is already on another call. In such cases, they are asked to find transport on their own and bring the patient to medical workers. However, this is not always possible, especially at night.
Kalbaeva also recalled that earlier, during a visit to the area, the Minister of Health promised to allocate three ambulances, but, according to her, they still have not arrived.
After listening to the appeal, Sadyr Japarov asked the Minister of Health Damir Osmonov to explain the situation.
The minister said that new ambulances should arrive by the end of November.
The President clarified whether one of the cars will be allocated directly to the village of Koi-Tash.
In response, Osmonov said that of the incoming cars, six would be sent to the Chui region.
