VV is ready to “vote for Çitak”, after PDK said that it will not go to the session and that it will turn to the Constitution

Vetëvendosje, after the presidency meeting, announced that they have made a decision that tomorrow at the constitutive session of the Assembly, the PDK and LDK candidates, Vlora Çitaku and Kujtim Shala, will be voted for the vice presidents of the Assembly.
In her post, VV says that they will vote for Çitak while PDK will re-propose him.
“Nevertheless, the leadership of the LVV decided that tomorrow we will vote for the PDK and LDK candidates, Vlora Çitaku and Kujtim Shala. We expect that after the constitution of the assembly, this step of good will will reflect in their constructiveness by voting for president, whether it is a vote against.
Tomorrow morning, as soon as the PDK MPs re-propose Vlora Çitak (which even then has two options), we will vote for it.
Otherwise, the Democratic Party of Kosovo had declared that it will no longer participate in the constitutive session since the VV did not vote in favor of Çitak, and that, for this reason, they have warned that they will send the matter to the Constitutional Court.
“We will send it within the legal and constitutional deadline, for all the violations that have followed this process”, stated the chairman of PDK, Bedri Hamza.
