He pointed out that the nature of this government was best seen at yesterday’s session of the Administrative Board.
“The proposal of members of the RTCG Council without prior, even an attempt, to reach a consensus best illustrates the true nature of this government and their attitude towards the opposition. The fact that they did not vote for those candidates with the best references also speaks best of their attitude towards meritocracy. And the need to control and not give people the freedom to do lege artis”, he states.
And, as he adds, of course, they are doing this on purpose in order to send the message that they are not interested in any dialogue with the opposition.
“They are abusing the strong EU support for the state in order to demonstrate the worst parliamentary practices. And of course they mistakenly think that this operation at their Brussels addresses will go unnoticed. They are only interested in the EU agenda as a profitable platform for elections, that is, the most basic party profit. It is sad to watch them while they think that they will rule forever. They do not know that exactly when they enter that phase, the countdown begins,” concluded Vujović.
