The White House released a video on the X social network in which US President Donald Trump repeatedly repeats the word “victory”. According to the post, the video lasts for an hour and is shared with a short message emphasizing the same expression.
The announcement comes amid heightened tensions over the war with Iran and stalled peace talks. At the same time, Trump rejected Iran’s latest proposal to end the conflict, which would open the Strait of Hormuz to international shipping and lift US restrictions on Iranian ports, while nuclear negotiations would take place at a later stage.
Iranian officials say their proposal represents an attempt at a compromise, with assurances that there will be no new attacks on the country and a gradual lifting of sanctions in exchange for limits on the nuclear program.
