The Brazilian team enhanced its role in judo, a discipline that this Wednesday completed its penultimate date at add two gold medals. The first came with Yago Melo in the -81 kilogram category, when he beat Colombian Daniel Palomino by waza-ari.

The new triumph in Greco-Roman style wrestling came at 55 kilos, with Haniel Rodriguezwho beat the Ecuadorian Manuel García in the final.
For now, the national team, which competes in the event with delegation of 178 athleteshas 5 silver and 5 bronze medals.
This Thursday the action will begin in road cyclingwhich will give its first medals in the men’s and women’s time trial. Athletes will also compete in artistic gymnastics and swimming, which has finals scheduled.
