“Armenpress”According to the report of Gyumri municipality, the sections leading from Haghtanaki avenue to Hasmik Kirakosyan (formerly Spandaryan) street will be partially closed from May 2.
On May 5, all entrances leading to Vardanants Square will be completely closed, as well as the streets adjacent to the square.
French President Emmanuel Macron, who is on a state visit to Armenia, will be present at this event dedicated to the friendship between Armenia and France, together with RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. This cultural event of the international level is held within the framework of the summit of the leaders of the European countries to be held in Yerevan on May 3-5.
According to the decision of the government, 392 million 897 thousand drams were provided for the proper implementation of the event. In the concert program, well-known Armenian and French artists, accompanied by the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra, will present thematic compositions symbolizing the friendship of the two peoples.
