The subject, who presents himself as a marketing, promoter and sales expert, came to work at the place two weeks ago through a Facebook advertisement and, according to Quevedo, he began to exhibit behaviors that led to the decision to remove him from his position.

“He had strange behaviors. He started to invade my personal space, saying that he had learned my car’s license plate and that I was very pretty. But I didn’t worry because I wasn’t going to say it in front of the clients.“, the businesswoman told this newspaper.

The video reaches to capture the exact moment in which the businesswoman tells him to please not come back again and that, as agreed, she would pay him the relevant salary at the end of the month.

“First he told me: ‘If you want, I won’t come back’. And then: ‘Do you guarantee that you will pay me?’ And at that moment he hit me violently in the face.”said the businesswoman.

A first The camera shows how he violently hits her and drags her by the hair to the restaurant’s kitchen to prevent the people who were passing by at that time from realizing what was happening.

The other camera shows how he continues to brutally beat her: “I couldn’t ask for help. My voice couldn’t come out. I managed to kick a table where all the glassware was and when I fell, the neighbors of the Santa Lucía restaurant realized that something was happening. He yelled at me: ‘I’m going to kill her, damn, hp bitch, I’m going to kill her. That’s why I fear for my life.”

    ‘He was released’

The brutal beating of the businesswoman was recorded on video. Photo:Private file

The young woman managed to get up and return to the entrance area and at that moment the owners of the neighboring restaurant arrived and asked them, while the subject continued hitting her, to help her: “I was very afraid at that moment, it was a premeditated act. He dragged me to the kitchen where no one could see him and where there were knives and other items.”

The video shows how he managed to get up and asked them to close the gate until the Police arrived. And although the man is seen holding his head, worried about what happened, the businesswoman claims that she challenged the restaurant owners to fight with him and when uniformed CAI Santa Bárbara arrived, he continued threatening her.

“They gave me a 20-day disability, I have more than 80 bruises and lacerations all over my body and on my hands, which are my work tool. He ripped out part of my hair“said the young woman.

The case was left in the hands of Prosecutor 212. While the businesswoman remained hospitalized at the Reina Sofía Clinic, her family went to the CAI to find out about the subject and was told that he had already been released without anyone explaining why.

The family asks that justice be done and highlights the work of the uniformed officers.

EL TIEMPO tried to find out the version of the alleged aggressor, but at the time of going to press it had not been possible. Versions circulating online say that he would seek to surrender to the authorities.
