Today, the Second Circuit of Terrorism, held in Badr, headed by Counselor Wagdy Abdel Moneim, is considering the trial of 39 defendants in Case No. 15072 of 2024, Assembly Felonies, known as Administrative structure.
An order to refer those accused to the Brotherhood structure
The referral order said that, during the year 1995 until August 19, 2018, the first and second defendants assumed leadership in the Brotherhood structure, which was established in contravention of the provisions of the law and prevented state institutions and public authorities from carrying out their work, by assuming the terrorist ideas of ISIS.

The third to the last defendants were charged with joining a terrorist group with knowledge of its purposes, while the seventh, twelfth, twenty-sixth, and thirty-second to thirty-fourth defendants were charged with committing a terrorist financing crime, the twenty-sixth defendants were charged with possession of a traditional weapon, and the thirty-third and thirty-fourth defendants were charged with possession of automatic weapons.
