The strong denunciation of Dritan Goxhaj that cost him his career at Civil Aviation! Accusations against CAA that it was favoring companies sanctioned by the US for links to terrorism and corruption

Dritan Goxhaj, the former KLA fighter, a day ago published some strong demands on behalf of the protestors, which at the head of them demanded the removal of Edi Rama, the creation of a transitional government until the realization of new elections.

But right after appearing on stage, Dritan Goxhaj was attacked by Edi Rama himself and SP exponents, who accuse the latter of being connected to the interests of Iran.

(DEMANDS YESTERDAY DURING THE PROTEST FROM DRITAN GOJHAJ)

But who is Dritan Goxhaj? In addition to being a former KLA fighter, Dritan Goxhaj has been an inspector at the Civil Aviation Authority for some time. However, the publication of the article entitled “Civil aviation as a private garden” on September 20, 2017, about the security at Rinas airport, caused Goxhaj to be fired from his job by Belinda Balluku with the motivation: “lack of ethics”.

According to an article published on Dritare.net, Dritan Goxaj had to get permission from the director and other directors of AAC, to publish the article.

Dritan Goxhaj took the case to the Administrative Court at that time. Dritan Goxhaj completed the aircraft technician school in Turkey and then the fighter plane pilot school in Vlora. Where he also completed several months of specialization for flights in Greece.

The following text is a denunciation by Dritan Goxhaj. He accuses the Civil Aviation Authority of air traffic, corruption and aiding terrorism.

    FROM THE BEAUTIFUL LIGHT

In 1990, almost 27 years ago, Albanians started their journey to get out of a dictatorship with a very ambitious slogan: “We love Albania like all of Europe!”. Today, after 27 years, this slogan has been inflected so much in the Albanian language that it should now only be used in the past tense, “We want Albania like all of Europe!”

During all these years, a part tried to make Albania like Europe, another part reached Europe by boat and on foot, while the remaining part continues to see Europe as an unreachable destination, even as a visitor, and no longer imagine the transformation of Albania as Europe.

While recently, some government officials with important positions have thought that the new road for Europe should fall to them, not by increasing the number of our troops within NATO, but by creating opportunities for companies that help and finance terrorism, to set up their companies here.

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of Albania has undertaken to carry out this task, as difficult as it is “noble”, on its own, without even asking the Prime Minister of the country. Regarding this task, the outgoing director of this Authority, Lilika Radovicka, the director of the Air Operator Licensing Directorate in this Authority, Altin Vrapi, the head of the Technical Sector in this directorate, Pëllumb Hoxha, where the coordinator of all this mess is the chairman of the Civil Aviation Board, Petrit Sula, or as he is otherwise known by the nickname “Leshko”, are performing this task successfully.

But how is all this happening?

At the Civil Aviation Authority, a new airline company called Albanian Airways, which is the successor of Albanian Airlines, has applied for a license. This company was founded by the Honorary Consul of Syria in Albania, a Syrian refugee named Jahja Farwati.

What a surprise, you say, how is it possible that Albania is in the joint Western coalition headed by the USA against the bloodthirsty regime of Bashar Al Assad in Syria and, on the other hand, accepts the honorary consulship of this regime?!

Well, this is Albania of paradoxes. Anyway, this gentleman has presented the papers to the Authority and, to open the company, he has also brought an aircraft, which he has registered in the Aeronautical Registry of Albania, with the registration number ZA-ABB. So far so good, everyone would say. But the problem lies precisely with this plane.

The company presented this aircraft as if it had been leased somewhere from a company in Cyprus. This aircraft is claimed to have arrived at Rinas on September 15 this year from Ukraine, registration SX-ABX, type A320-212 with MSN 427 (MSN is the aircraft’s production identification number, almost similar to the chassis number of a car).

Any person who can use the internet and type in the above data of this aircraft, i.e. the type and MSN, will find that this aircraft is owned by a Greek company Olympus Airline and has the Greek registration SX-ABX. This aircraft was leased from a Ukrainian company, namely Dart Airlines. This Ukrainian company is on the list of companies banned by the US State Department, with Executive Order EO 13224 (OFAC also designated Dart Airlines pursuant to the global terrorism EO 13224 for aiding designated Iranian and Iraqi airlines through the provision of aircraft and services). So, a company designated as a supporter of global terrorism. This is where the deception begins, which is a deception within a deception.

In fact, the A320-212 aircraft with MSN 427 has never arrived at Rinas. This aircraft is located in the hangars of the aforementioned Ukrainian company in Kiev. Here, the representatives of Albanian Airways in cooperation with the officials of the authority and the Dart Airlines company, have brought to Rinas another plane identical to the plane they declare, and this plane is of type A320-212, but with MSN 409 and is the property of the Ukrainian company. Thus, the above-mentioned officials of the Aviation Authority have performed the registration of this vehicle in violation of any law and order of the Republic, simultaneously committing several very serious violations:

    Motor vehicle traffic
This is because to register a motor vehicle the procedure is the same as with a car. To register it in Albania, you must first unregister it in the country where it is registered. So, practically, the plane before being registered by these people here should have been deregistered from the Greek registry. But this did not happen and the plane continues to be in the Greek registry. As with the cars that are stolen in Europe and registered here without documents, the same was done with this plane.

    Falsification of documents
For the registration of this aircraft here, from the above, it is understood that forged documents were used, since the original ones are in the Greek Authority.

    Violation of the customs code
Just like any car, to be registered in Albania, customs must be paid first, the same law applies to airplanes. But this plane was registered by these officials without paying any kind of customs in Albania.

    Lies
They brought another plane than the one they declared, so instead of the plane with MSN 427 they brought the plane with MSN 409.

And what is even more serious, with the registration of this tool, the above-mentioned persons with full knowledge have committed the violation of Article 230/b of the Criminal Code for “Hiding funds and other assets that finance terrorism”.

Renting this aircraft from a company that is on America’s list for supporting global terrorism constitutes in itself financing of terrorism and the registration of their assets constitutes concealment of assets according to this article and in complete contradiction to Law no. 157/2013 “On Measures against the financing of terrorism” where in Article 7 of this law it is stated: “The bodies responsible for the implementation of measures against the financing of terrorism point 1. The bodies responsible for the implementation and the supervision of the measures taken, provided in this law, are: c) relevant ministries or authorities, for subordinate institutions and for entities that license and/or supervise, that keep or administer registers of funds and other assets.

Let’s hope that the Albanian authorities will react in time and will not allow the departure of the plane from Rinas, since this plane is the main evidence of this entire fraud operation, as well as the main evidence of the criminal report filed with the Serious Crimes Prosecutor’s Office for the case in question.

But the aforementioned officials of this Authority, motivated by personal gain, did not stop there.

They have approved as the executive director of this company, of this Honorary Consul, a Syrian pilot, namely the Syrian citizen Mousa Boutros, who for the past 4 years has worked as a pilot for the Syrian state company, Syrian Air (Syrian Arab Air).

This company, like the Ukrainian one, was declared in 2013 by America as a company that supports terrorism and, like the Ukrainian one, all funds and assets it has in the Western world and especially in NATO member states have been blocked.

And this person, who has been approved as the head of the airline company of the honorary consul of Syria in Albania, for 4 years has violated this embargo by helping to transport weapons, ammunition and terrorist organizations like Hezbollah through Syria and its allies.

Even in this case, the diligent officials of the Albanian Civil Aviation violated Article 7 of the law on the financing of terrorism, as it was up to them to verify every person and asset of the company.

They did this verification, but then unanimously decided to proceed with forgery, fraud and registration of the company, its assets and personnel in violation of the laws of this country.

With such officials, it is almost certain that very soon we will make the homeland like Afghanistan where, in addition to drugs, companies that finance terrorism also flourish. With the above actions, not only has Albania’s national security been severely compromised, as SHIK is sleeping lethargically and, perhaps, waking up from summer, but also Albania’s reputation as a member of NATO, as well as the security of NATO itself.

While the Americans in Albania, whose interests have been directly violated, are busy with Vetting and have not had time to deal with the interests of their country.

With such officials, Albania is entering a tunnel with only the entrance in sight, but no exit. All of the above best explains the ego and consciousness of this political class that appoints such officials only with the intention of enriching themselves in any way and every way.

This shows that in our Albania things are not as bad as they seem, but many times worse, so we should not be surprised and say where we are going like this, because sometimes, when you have nowhere to go, you rot inside./dritare.net
