On this day dedicated to the fight against desertification and drought, I think back with great hope to my visit to the Lycée Technique Agricole de Cance (LyTAC), in Les Cayes, on the occasion of the first agroecological and gastronomic fair organized by the students, teachers and management of the establishment for June 5, world environment day.
