The Ministry of Labor announced the offering of 495 specific job vacancies for Qatari citizens in private sector institutions during the year 2026, through the “Kawader” platform. This comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to strengthen the strategic pillars of national development, support local cadres, and expand employment opportunities for job seekers and new graduates.
The Ministry confirmed that the new vacancies aim to attract national competencies and localize jobs in various economic sectors, which contributes to aligning educational outcomes with the needs of the growing labor market, and opens broader horizons for citizens to build sustainable career paths in the private sector.
She explained that the jobs offered vary between a number of vital specializations that are witnessing increasing demand in the labor market, the most prominent of which are business administration, information technology, human resources, finance and accounting, in addition to civil engineering and mechanical engineering.
The Ministry of Labor called on graduates and job seekers to take advantage of the available opportunities and apply directly through the national platform for organizing employment, “Kawader,” which provides a variety of jobs suitable for different qualifications and experiences, and contributes to supporting the professional ambitions of citizens in the private sector.
The Ministry stressed its commitment to continuing to implement initiatives and programs aimed at empowering national competencies and qualifying them to fill quality jobs, in a way that enhances their participation in economic development and keeps pace with the requirements of the Qatar National Vision.
