Today, the funeral took place in Al-Qurashiyah District in Al-Bayda Governorate, the body of the deceased Sheikh Shukr Saeed Abd Rabbo Al-Jawfi, who moved to the side of his Lord after a life full of giving in the service of the nation and society.
During the funeral ceremony, which was led by the Governor of Al-Bayda, Abdullah Idris, and the governor’s deputies, Adel Garmoush, Saleh Al-Jawfi, and Amin Al-Jawfi, along with local, military, security, and executive leaders, mobilization officials, and social figures, Governor Idris praised the virtues of the deceased and his fighting roles in serving society and reconciling relationships.
He pointed to the contributions of Sheikh Shukr Al-Jawfi in the various stages of the national struggle, and his social role, as he was one of the most prominent tribal leaders and an authority on tribal customs, considering his departure a loss for the governorate and the nation in general.
For their part, the mourners praised the deceased’s virtues and his national and social roles, stressing that he was a model of a sincere patriotic personality who harnessed his position to serve the nation’s issues and promote the values of tolerance and harmony, in addition to his positions in the face of aggression.
