In 6 hospitals in Dushanbe, the “eTib” program will be launched in test mode, designed for registration and accounting of patients and other medical services. 2 million 970 thousand somoni were allocated for the creation of the program.
According to information Radio “Ozodi”On May 6, the Shahri Khushmand enterprise of the Dushanbe hukumat entered into an agreement with the Watan ICT company to launch the program.
The authorities say that with the launch of eTib, patient registration and accounting services, doctor duty management, statistics, reporting and security services, online queues for patients, a client’s personal account and more will be established.
It is unknown which hospitals in Dushanbe have been selected for the pilot program.

Radio Ozodi writes that Vatan ICT is a company that has developed the “eDonish” program for secondary schools in Dushanbe, and there are many complaints about its work.
This company has also developed an electronic complaint registration system for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan and electronic programs for other government agencies in Tajikistan.
After concluding an agreement to launch this program, representatives of the Shakhri Kushmand enterprise went to Bishkek to study the experience of Kyrgyzstan in the field of digitalization of public administration and healthcare.
State Unitary Enterprise “Shakhri Khushmand” reportedthat during this trip, which lasted from June 11 to 13, they met with representatives of the Bishkek mayor’s office, the Ministry of Health and a number of hospitals.

Based on the message, at these meetings the issues of developing an information system in the field of healthcare, ensuring information security and protecting personal data, as well as the use of modern technologies in the activities of medical institutions were discussed.
Two weeks ago, the Ministry of Health of Tajikistan announced that it was launching “Safe Childbirth” program for pregnant women. The agency stated that the launch of the program is planned as part of the digitalization of the healthcare system. The Ministry hopes that with the introduction of the program in primary health care institutions, the level of public awareness about maternal and child health will increase.
