The plots of Clot d’Emprivat which housed a children’s playground and a parking lot will become the complex Metropolitan Towerwhich will host flats and a luxury Hilton hotel. The developer of the buildings has begun to publicize the real estate project defining it as “the perfect place for those looking for maximum comfort without renouncing the exclusivity of a safe and connected environment.”
The new Escaldes towers are located on an island between United Nations Avenue and Earth Council Avenuein what the developer describes as “the heart of the new skyscraper district of high standing of Andorra”. The development will have a building of twenty floors with 84 homes with one to five bedrooms, which are presented with “top quality finishes” in a block that will match residential use with commercial premises and offices. The complex is under construction in a project “with sguidance and direction of Andorra’s most prestigious architectsguaranteeing excellence at every stage of the work”, emphasize the promoters.
The complex consists of three towers, two of which correspond to Josep Batalla, founder of the Besthotels holding companyand the third in Reyna. The common will have in this promotion one car park with 132 covered spaces in exchange for the mandatory transfer of land that the property must make to the parish administration.
The work began in beginning of December 2025 and excavation works continue for the plants intended for parking lots and to make the foundations of the towers, which will reach a maximum height of twenty floors.
The advertising emphasizes that Metropolitan Tower has a “privileged” location because they are a few minutes from services such as “local and international” schools, from the main commercial axis, from parks, and from “prominent landmarks such as Caldea or Carlemany Island”.
