In an official newsletter, this media asked the security and responsible institutions, including the Ministry of Information and Culture, the Ministry of Interior Affairs, the General Intelligence Directorate of the Taliban, and the citizens of Kabul to pay attention to this issue.
In this newsletter, it is emphasized that until the final verdict is issued by the competent court, any seizure, transfer or withdrawal of the property of this media has no legal basis and can be an example of illegal seizure of other’s property.
Tamadan TV has also said that there are private residential units in the building of this media and the property of the residents should be respected and legally protected.
This media has warned that the responsibility for security and protection of the equipment and the building of Tamdan TV is the responsibility of the Taliban security institutions, and in case of any damage, loss or illegal transfer of property, the responsibility will be directed to the relevant authorities.
