Representative office of the Ministry of Labor of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Russian Federation recommended citizens of Tajikistan located in Russia must comply with the legislation of the host country, respect local traditions, culture and norms of public behavior.
The representative office noted that when staying and working in Russia, citizens should communicate correctly with local residents, follow the rules of behavior in public places, and also pay attention to appearance and dress code, especially when visiting government agencies and service centers.
The message emphasizes that a person’s behavior abroad shapes the image not only of himself, but also of his country. In case of insults, humiliation or disrespect from other persons, citizens are recommended to contact Russian law enforcement agencies, as well as the official representative offices of Tajikistan in the Russian Federation.
